(c) Response from Buddy Presley/Gateway Title re: 555 and 731 units?
(d) Status report of Unit Sales Pending/Contracts

(a) Landscape/Lawn bids – (Bids to be put aside until after February 1, 2011 HOA meeting.)

(a) Coupon Books have been ordered for 2011. Will be mailed to all members 12/10. Put reminder on blog and bulletin board. (Blog December 21, 2009 had excellent coupon book info).
(b) Newsletter – when should next one go out? Sometime in January??
11. Business on Hold for February 2011
(a) Termite/Pest Control (to be put in 2012 budget?)
