The Gardens December Board Meeting

Our next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held Monday, December 13, 6:00 pm at Prudential Realty Center on East Brainerd Road.

All members of the Association are invited to attend, and may address the Board for 3 minutes before the meeting starts.

(a) Status report of attorney collections/other collections. Discuss delinquencies and Attorney collections – past dues
(b)Mike Reed bankruptcy – 5 units foreclosed on 11/16 at 10:30 a.m.
(c) Gene Bevil bankruptcy – 4 units foreclosed on 12/6/2010 at 10:00 a.m.
(c) Response from Buddy Presley/Gateway Title re:  555 and 731 units?
(d) Status report of Unit Sales Pending/Contracts
9.     Old Business:
(a) Landscape/Lawn bids – (Bids to be put aside until after February 1, 2011 HOA meeting.)
10.     New Business:
(a)  Coupon Books have been ordered for 2011.  Will be mailed to all members 12/10.  Put reminder on blog and bulletin board.  (Blog December 21, 2009 had excellent coupon book info).
(b)  Newsletter – when should next one go out?  Sometime in January??
11.     Business on Hold for February 2011
(a) Termite/Pest Control (to be put in 2012 budget?)
