The Gardens Board Meeting 09-13-10

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting is Monday, September 13, 2010 at Prudential Realty Center, 7522 East Brainerd Road at 6:00 p.m. The center is just after the Heritage Funeral home, on the same side of the road.






AGENDA FOR BOARD MEETING




1.     Members have 3 minutes to address board before meeting.
2.     Meeting to be called to order by Norm.
3.     Minutes of 8/9/2010 minutes to be approved by board.
4.     Landscape/Common Areas Committee Report
(a) Landscape/Common Areas minor repairs Report
(b) Progress as to replacement of dead bushes – hold off till fall or spring, budget allowing
(c) Progress as to resodding 1st alleyway – on hold till cooler weather and budget allowing
(d) Progress as to ordering covers for irrigation system open holes/pipes (1 at 737; 1 at 531; 2 at 321; 1 at 179 and 507 cover is there, just needs to be put back on.
(e Soil Sample Testing/UT Agriculture Dept./Nashville – They have responded.  No lime needed.  Did not see any glaring problems.  Said to contact extension office in town for ideas.
(f) Tree in front of Jack Wallace’s house – 416 (status)
(g) Sprinklers in front of homes on last greenway (are they up and running?)
(h)  Dirty fences (need to send letters to people?)
(i)  Thompson Brothers – mulching and trimming (per contract this is to be done in October)

(b) Bevil/Reed bankruptcy which affects 9 units
(c) Any response from Buddy Presley/Gateway Title re:  Farley and Andrews units?
(d) Status report of Unit Sales Pending/Contracts
