Discuss:
(a) Status report of attorney collections: totaling 2 collection accounts with Gayle Lattimore 236 (Cloutier) & 763 (Pigott)  (Put a second lien on 763 on 8/30/2011 for an additional $2,431)
(b) 763 Pigott unit was foreclosed on week of 9/5 and is up for sale.
(c)  329 and 763 are only 2 units bank owned and for sale.
(d) 731 – unit.   Nothing has happened/lien still in place.
10.     Old Business:
(a) Sidella unit – satellite dish
11.     New Business:
(a)  Vote on Resolution to amend Article 9, Section 9.4 of Bylaws.
(b)  We are getting ready to order new coupon books for 2012.  Richard Silvan (First Citizens has been given list of unit owners to update Bank's list)  Need to send Richard final list by end of November.
Coupon books to go out week of 12/19/2011.
(c)  Newsletter - will need to go out 1/15/2012 to remind unit owners of HOA Membership meeting on 2/7/12 - (1st Tuesday in February) and also to provide membership with profit/loss statement for 12/31/2011 (by February 29, 2012 according to bylaws). 
(d)  Will post reminder of coupon books being delivered week of 12/19 in bulletin board and on postal unit.
(e)  Need volunteers to put red bows in greenways for Christmas.
(f)  Need volunteers to decorate the entry way for Christmas.
(g)  Public Storage Unit - East Brainerd Road behind  the old "Central Park" - rented space  to keep HOA boxes.
