Your Lock Box Payment

Only your payment coupon and check go to the lock box, PO Box 63305, Charlotte, NC 28263-3305.

All the lock box does is process your payment and deposit in our checking account.

They cannot process any messages, changes, or requests.

If you want to get a message to us, change your mailing address, have an inquiry or suggestion, DO NOT MAIL IT TO THE LOCK BOX OR INCLUDE IT IN YOUR PAYMENT ENVELOPE.

All correspondence to the Association should be sent to 800 Callaway Court, Chattanooga, TN, 37421. 

Also, DO NOT send your coupon and payment to the Association at 800 Callaway Court. It will be returned to you.

Your attention to this will speed up your payment posting and insure correspondence gets to the proper party.
