(a) 2/1/12-Gayle Lattimore has sent strong letter to deliquent accounts. She will get back to us re: response or lack thereof.

WE NEED YOUR PROXY

All owners have been mailed a notice of our Annual Meeting as well as a proxy in the event they are unable to attend the meeting.

It very important that you fill out, sign and return the proxy. The purpose of the meeting is to elect the Board of Directors for the next year. Unless enough members attend the meeting or return the proxie, we cannot have the election.

So, PLEASE RETURN the proxy, even if you are planning to attend the annual meeting. You never know!

OUR NEW TREASURER

Thanks to Judy Webster for accepting the role of Treasurer for the Association. She will be voted in office by the Board at the February Board meeting.
