APRIL BOARD MEETING

Our April Board meeting is April 11 at 6:00 p.m.


Below is the agenda.

1.     Members have 3 minutes to address board before meeting.

2.     Meeting to be called to order by Norm Miller

3.     Approval of Minutes:
(a) Regular Board Meeting Minutes of 3/14/2011

4.     Landscape/Common Areas Committee Report
Landscape/Common Areas Committee Report to be given by Kathryn Shaffer

(a) List of yards to be fixed.  Cost estimate to be presented at 4/11 meeting. [Need to be fixed before we get into June heat]
(b) Resodding of 1st alleyway-(both sides of main street) right hand side.  Cost estimate to be presented at 4/11 meeting.   [Needs to be fixed before we get into June heat]
(c) List of homes w/out house numbers/markers attached

5.     Architectural Committee Report
Architectural Committee Report to be given by Jack Wallace

(a)  Light Piers-discuss cost estimates
(b)  Jack Wallace to identify homes – trim to be repainted in spring

6.     Insurance Asset Committee Report
Insurance/Asset Committee  Report to be given by Kenny Burnett

7.     Treasurer Report
Treasurer Report to be given by Norm Miller and Debbie Tanner

8.     Finance/Accounting Committee Report
Finance/Accounting Committee Report to be given by JoAnne Harbort

Discuss:
(a) Status report of attorney collections: totaling 2 collection accounts with Gayle Lattimore (236 (Cloutier) & 763 (Pigott) [236 is paying off past due balance of HOA dues and is current with the Association]. Pigott living in LA.  Gayle to give us name of attorney to hire for collecting.
(b) Norm submitted invoices (4/1) for HOA dues on 8 foreclosed units.  Bank has acknowledged they have submitted for payment and we should have money within 2 weeks (appx. April 14).
(c) 555 – unit.  Letter sent to Mary Walton Allen w/Magna Bank re: validity of lien.  Lien disputed by Buddy Presley/Gateway Title.  Nothing has happened since and lien still in place.

9.     Old Business:

(a) Roof breach 426 –  mounted satellite dish on roof.  Susan Rich sent 2nd letter (attached)  Satellite dish to be removed from roof by 4/15/2011  [1 dish on roof-2nd dish has 2 feet on fascia and one foot on roof-both need to be removed off roof.  This was not grandfathered in.  Previously according to HOA list (attached), they had 2 satellites mounted on fascia-NOT on roof.  Dishes were not put back like before………]


10.     New Business:
(a) Newsletter for April, 2011 (Maybe send newsletter out somewhere between April 15 and April 30??)  (Suggestion - Once landscape committee has list of yards to be fixed, might want to publish in newsletter to see if any units are missed(????)
